Impact 360 Masters is now Impact 360 Residency. While the mission, experience, and education remain the same, this new program name better reflects our unique opportunity to cultivate graduate-level servant leaders who follow Jesus. The name Impact 360 Residency provides a more holistic vision of our program to candidates who desire to be faith-filled leaders equipped to serve in a variety of vocations.
About Impact 360 Residency
If you are seeking a place to discover and direct your leadership calling, Impact 360 Residency will prepare you to become a culture-shaping, Christ-centered servant leader. Impact 360 Residency is a two-year program in which young leaders learn how to leverage their unique callings and grow in their love for the Lord. As a Resident, you will study alongside like-minded peers as you earn a Master of Arts in Leadership with coursework grounded in biblical worldview and servant leadership. This training is applied through your role as an Impact 360 Institute staff member with opportunities to work under seasoned leaders in Student Discipleship or Organizational Leadership.
- Student Discipleship: Disciple students and support the spiritual and leadership development of the next generation as a team member of Impact 360 Fellows. Help lead the international experiences and facilitate ongoing discipleship of college students.
- Organizational Leadership: Apply your leadership in the context of leading within an organization. Become prepared to lead in a non-profit organization by gaining applied experience in organizational communications and marketing.
You will live on campus and build friendships with the other Residents while being prepared to cultivate authentic community wherever God calls you. As an Impact 360 Resident, you will receive professional coaching, life purpose planning, and spiritual counsel from world-class leaders both on and off campus.
Impact 360 Residency Alumni
Impact 360 Residency prepares young professionals to answer God’s call and launches them out to influence the culture.
The Residency “[deepened] my walk with the Lord,” says 2022 graduate Alex Coleman. “The professors and staff seek to guide this journey by teaching how to apply God’s truth to specific scenarios, as well as encourage acceptance of and regular practice of spiritual disciplines.”
Simon Moses, another Residency alumnus, sees the “desperate need for servant leaders in this world” and learned through his time at Impact 360 that leaders need to be “authentic, accessible, and compassionate.”
Through the Residency, the Lord “built up the foundation of who he has created me to be,” says alumnae Kailee Reedy.
Alumni of Impact 360 Residency leave equipped with the knowledge, tools, and experiences they need to confidently lead in a post-Christian world.
